Beacon Hill lawmakers decided Wednesday to postpone a vote on an anti-gay marriage amendment. The House and Senate met briefly in a joint session to debate a handful of proposed changes to the Massachusetts Constitution, including an amendment that would define marriage as a union between one man and one woman.
