WHAT CAN CONTRACTS DO?: DaleA

[DaleA is an antiques dealer who has gone through the experience of trying to enforce partnership powers.]

I have been in the situation where armed with contracts and powers of attorney I tried to make decisions that these clearly empowered me to make. When the response from the medical providers was "sue me," I soon realized the limitations of what I could do. And what anything short of actual marriage accomplishes.

To suggest a contractual arrangement is to deny reality.
