New Poll: Is Lesbian Sex Adultery?

This I vaguely recall was actually recently a legal issue in an American court recently (if you recall where email me at maggieiav (at) aol.com.) At common law the answer would be, "no" because adultery requires sexual intercourse in theory. Surprisingly, British men seem to agree:
